　　“短命板”之所以短命，是因为地板表面使用的是价格便宜的普通装饰纸，耐磨转数极低。优质的强化木地板的耐磨层为三氧化二铝，成本占木地板总成本的20%—30%。未加耐磨层或耐磨纸克重不够，都会成为强化地板短命的原因。
　　酥芯板 基材密度小
　　“酥芯板”同样是为了降低成本，采用密度较低的中密度板、刨花板等作为生产强化地板的材料。强化木地板应以专用高密度板为基材，其吸水率、膨胀率都需严格控制。而“酥芯板”所用基材要比正规厂家所用基材便宜1/2到1/3。
　　作坊板 工艺水准低　　
　　强化木地板需要规模化生产，有着很高的技术含量，一些知名品牌的加工厂一天就能生产数万平方米。一些杂牌小型加工厂的生产规模及工艺水准，根本无法达到国家制定的相关标准。
　　正规生产强化木地板的厂家所选择的地板切割刀具为钻石刀具，精度达到微米级，并且定期更换，仅刀具使用成本为就达2元/平方米-3元/平方米。而作坊板用的都是普通木工刀具，切割精度达不到要求，造成板材留有缝隙、安装咬合不好。
　　李鬼板 假冒仿制名牌
　　“李鬼板”以冒名、抄袭、仿制、粉饰身份为主要手段。他们利用普通消费者缺乏专业辨别能力，欺骗、坑害消费者，从中牟取暴利，扰乱市场的正常秩序。
